I know all about that keyboard. It's close, but not quite there. I want separate function keys and for insert/delete to be page up/page down by default. I'd be using it at my office, so I can't install Karabiner or anything to remap them.

Then I think you might be looking for something like the Noppoo Nano 75 or Choc Mini 84. Those are both basically 60% boards with separate function keys. The Choc Mini even has an arrow cluster.

Looks great, white filcos are so cool, I already regret parting with mine.
My biggest regret, was getting the black Filco, over white, as my first mech. When the opportunity came up to get it, I could not pass on it. So far I am very happy with the purchase.

glad I stumbled upon it as you told me about it and it picked my interest because it wasn't a custom....it is now haha very clean and smooth ghost :thumb:

Bought a FC660M that I've been keeping because I'm waiting for my Gumrot Ogre to arrive.

Got to use it today and I have to say I love the feel of MX Clear coming from my 55g HHKB Type-S. At times, the Clears feels tougher to press but in the end is still very enjoyable.

I'm currently using some Monoprice tkl thing with reds and a Keycool keypad with Kaihl blacks. However I'm soon upgrading to a pok3r with clears.

Yes it is. I went with the mint green caps too. They're nicer than I expected, but pretty low profile. Unfortunately, I don't have a USB cable of the correct length for this board, so need to go order one now, and the mini-usb end on my Zealpc cable is too thick regardless.

I'm actually quite happy with the board so far. Not programmable, but since this one is staying home, I just changed a few keys in the registry to suit my needs :)

the prior owner had bolt-modded and cleaned it before selling. it's amazing how this (25 year old!) board looks and feels like it's brand new.

I feel like I rotate through a lot of boards for a single day:

Wake up, go to work, get my fill of my Realforce 87u 55g to remind myself there are great things in this world, not just idiots
By the middle of the day, I switch over to my HHKB as I test more software and write more articles/fix code/create more documentation
After a long day of work, I go for an evening stretch with my QF Stealth with Greens, and some Granite DSA to keep things lively
For dessert, a decadent IBM SSK.

Hope you all enjoyed the anecdote

Feels like a Topre board :) I assume its similar to typing on a Realforce HiPro. With the standard profile keys, the spacebar is not depressed when the board is apart, due to the spring under the spacebar. With the SA spacebar, it depresses when apart, so the action is probably a bit lighter. Comparing it to the Novatouch on the desk over, it's not much different.

I'm tempted to try the 55g mod, but I'm just going to enjoy it as for now.

Unfortunately, I have to use one of these every day at work. As far as rubberdome boards go, this one has got to be one of the worst.
