I just dyed it, and the mods are unicomp RGB mods.

I think that Unicomp will do 1.00x special-order keycaps in various colors. Some time ago, I had them do a 1.00x green cap with a Return symbol and a 1.00x light blue Fn keycap for my IBM XT.

Using an HHKB until my ergodox arrives. Now I just have to find an ergodox set. I am also really interested in trying to go Unicorn Vomit, but finding SA Keycaps is proving difficult.

Had plenty of keyboards most of them sold except for one. Old gramps Filco MJ2 Ninja TKL which is my first ever mechanical keyboard. I somehow can't let go of this one even though I already had better boards than this and even Whitefox and Ergodox soon to be here as well.  )

I search for something unique for my first mechanical keyboard not some everyday option.
Great keyboard. Actually only mechanical keyboard with LED and double shot PBT.
My model is White Backlight - Cherry MX Brown.
I import from USA to Europe because PBT Keycaps and I like fonts US version.

But now I saw something completely different for future... Cherry MX Board 8.0
Mac owners will like that keyboard as well. That model attract me so much and should be my second keyboard.
After that I will buy one more and 3 keyboards are enough.
I will probably by Filco Convertible 2 TKL.

Actually my perfect collection would be

At the moment I currently alternate between a Filco Majestouch2 TKL w/ Cherry MX Black switches & a Ducky One w/ MX Blue switches.

I personally have used the Ducky more ever since I bought it recently, but I like to use the Filco every now and then because of the JIS layout and typing on blues can get annoying sometime. I never really appreciated the smoothness of linear switches until I actually bought the Ducky.

How's the experience with reds? I might consider getting an MX Brown or MX Red board in the future, though there may not be much of a difference comparing it to MX Black aside from the weight.

Still been using my FC660C primarily, but tonight I'll have a HHKB Pro 2 to try out. Hoping I'll see the light. If not, I suppose I'll keep it around and give it a go from time to time. Maybe it'll catch on.

Got the HHKB. Making more errors than usual now adjusting to the layout. I much prefer the delete and arrow key positions on this compared to other 60% keyboards and keyboards in general. And the switches feel much lighter than the other Topres I've tried. It's weird. They're supposed to be the same 45g as the Realforce and FC660C I've used, but they feel lighter. That seems like a common reaction based on things I read before ever trying Topre. It's very pleasant. Given that I prefer lighter feel I think HHKB could be my go to if I successfully adjust to the layout. I'm surprised really.

I'd say try a brown since it's different enough from the black then maybe red after. Reds are fun for gaming.

Just got my hands on a TEX Yoda.



I'm still adjusting to the 60% form factor, but the trackpoint is making the transition much smoother. Along with the dipswitch mapping Caps Lock to Fn. The only thing I really wish is for dedicated pgUp, pgDn, and pg forward / pg back buttons. With the extensive choices in trackpoint mechs, however, I'll take what I can get.

Just machined the case for the board in the back and built it today. Need proper switches for it though.. using mx blues which are horrible.
