Board i put together for my wife actually... now i'm just giving it the run to smooth all the keys out and make sure the lube settles a bit on the spacebar. All "jailhouse" blues with brass wire, lubed, stickered, modified plate for correct stab width, sanded and painted plate, LED swapped, and a new set of caps..and twice desoldered/soldered to get it perfect. I put so many  hours into this silly old Leopold. I will say though this thing feels really good now. I hope she's happy.

I was looking to get a Vortex Poker 3 with clears, but none were available to buy at the time.  I ended up with the Vortex Core.  It's so compact and portable and feels great to type on.  The layout is slowly sinking in.  It does take a bit to adjust to using less keys and going to layers and modifiers.  Coming from iKBC F104 full size, this definitely was a challenge.  The new keyboard feels so premium compared to other boards I've used.  I don't know if it is my first experience with the cherry mx clears or dsa key caps, but it just oozes quality to me.  I love this thing.

Very lovely.  I've found Leopold to be great out of the box with no mods and use it as my daily.  I have an FC660 as my daily board.  No ping, stable and quality keycaps, and good build quality.  I think I'm ready to retire from lubing and soldering.  To heck with Vortex.
KPB V60 Gateron Browns and Leopold Keycaps.  Poker 3 with Gateron Browns and Poker keycaps.  Poker 3 with Cherry MX Browns, ABS keycaps and white LED's.

Leopold FC660M- my new favorite, right out of the box.

Currently my Deck Francium Pro 87 W/ MX Browns and Midnight DCS Keycap set with a few Artisans mixed in.

Really liking the Midnight DCS set on this board the ABS feels better on MX Browns than thicker PBT does IMO and I moved the stock PBT caps to a Pok3r board.

Currently using a Corsair Strafe that I've modified a bit. Removed the LEDS, swapped the Red switches for blues. Possibly going to be swapping over to a cheap Tomoko for the tenkeyless design, and beefing it up a bit by adding some genuine Cherry MX blues and throwing some PBT keycaps on it. Partially want it just for the standard layout. :P

My brand new filco m2 - full size.

Tried tenkeyless - but found my right hand searching for the numpad and enter key - must be a deep rooted memory from my desktop days

Also tried pbt key caps, but didn't like the feel / balance compared to filco caps. Think I'm the only human who is not a fan of the PBTs.

And lastly - I tried O-rings to dampen the sound - again - I didn't like the 'interference'

So I'm back to a pure filco - full size.

Love it.

Ideazon Merc Stealth, got it when it was released in (I think) 2008. Don't think they were sold a lot. Product was scrapped when Steelseries acquired Ideazon, who were most famous for their Z-Boards.

Will replace it very soon with something below-75%-ish, don't know which one yet though.

Nice! Gateron Blacks rock. What are all those little tiles under the keys, though? Are they just artsy-craftsy, or do they actually do something?

Speaking of black switches, I'm using my Steelseries 6Gv2 with MX Blacks, since my wife and son just went to bed and my Unicomp Ultra Classic's too loud. (Well, you asked.)

I'm back to using my workhouse again, the Topre Realforce 88UB. I haven't been home a lot lately and have primarily been typing on my Lenovo laptop (which, to be fair, has a pretty decent keyboard for laptop). But man, every time I've been away from my Realforce and come back, I just can't help but smile. This board is just that good. I've had it for about 14 months now and there are still moments where I'm sitting at my desk, thinking about how much I love this freakin' board.  ;D

It is an expensive product, but there are zero hints of buyers remorse here. Worth every penny!  :thumb:

Leopold FC750R with Cherry MX Browns and SA Ice caps.
New to mech keyboards, and kinda frustrated with the lack of quality key caps available in different colors. :(
But still having fun, looking into building a WKL soon.

Working from home this weekend and since i sold off my FC600C i needed something else to put on the laptop:

quite tasty for sure.
its not a hhkb layout but its a custom 60%. rockin the winkeyless b.faceR pcb with lubed vintage mx blacks in them, 55g in the character row, the rest 62g.

both boards are pimped out with a new blank dsa cap set that I copped from a GB that a community member called 린x3 (Linx3) did. around 30 bucks for a full pbt set. not bad at all

Yeah, they're great. I'd buy again.  Definitely a thicker sounding knock on each keypress than the stock key caps.
Too bad there aren't any more SA caps in stock right now on pimpmykeyboard.  Watching Massdrop like a hawk for new SA drops.  Bummed I missed out on the Godspeed keycaps.

Had the Corsair Strafe RGB, BlackWidow X Chroma and three CM MasterKeys Pro L with MX Browns, but the masterkeys have problems with ping sound.
In Germany we don't have so many options and the best keyboard is the Ducky 6 I think but it costs 200€ here.

Haha, funny thing... I was gonna do that, then my gf said she wanted one of my keyboard because she loves the buckling spring sound. (her mom was a programmer with a model m) It was also a USB one cause I got it from Amazon. I am gonna get the 103 key PS2 one, swap the tux keys and switched caps/ctrl onto it and be all set.
