What Should I choose: Blue Switch or Red Switch?

I'm a newbie here and I'm looking for a suitable switch keyboards for my upcoming job. I'm gonna work as a developer next month and I'm considering between blue and red switch. if you're in an office environment with people around you, i would say go for blue switches. kailh box navy should be good in close quarters too.
