are those divots where the tadpoles rest so that you can achieve a lower typing height?

Right and also so that the tadpoles do not move.
I originally wanted the board to be lower, but this was the lowest I could get sadly. haha

the tadpoles inserted into the top case should be more than enough to keep the assembly from moving. were you seeing xz movement in prototyping?

it's really a shame that a solder pcb mount doesn't offer ISO support: please consider it.

Will work on the new pcb with ISO support, split spacebar and split backspace.

I got to see and type on an Igloo this weekend. This board is a super cool combination of good design, and cute looks. It also felt and sounded great. The ano color on the weight was INCREDIBLE.

Saw StaceySmash build this one today. Definitely interested in picking up the burgundy! Never used tadpole mount before. Will there be different durometers of "nails" or "pins" or "tadpoles" - whatever they're called?

We've talked to Geonworks and will be buying in bulk from them.
There will be different hardness for tadpoles: 50a, 60a... up to 90a
I believe You can compare the 60 a to the tire tread and 90a to be hard as shoe heel

Asking for ISO support is a concern for all those who use this layout, it is certainly not a personal matter: forgive me but I really don't understand the meaning of this question.
Whether or not I intend to participate in this GB, forgive my frankness, but that's none of your business.
