ebay photo size problem
« on: Mon, 02 May 2022, 15:51:28 »
I have not sold on ebay for a while, but now I want to clear out some excess stuff.

My listing keeps getting rejected because the "picture size is too small" and asks for a minimum of 500 pixels on the long side.

But my photos are around 2K on each side, well above their requirement.

What's the deal?
"The Trump campaign announced in a letter that Republican candidates and committees are now expected to pay “a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC” for using his “name, image, and likeness in fundraising solicitations.”
“Any split that is higher than 5%,” the letter states, “will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump's campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations.”"

Strange, I know that this minimum of 500px is there, which sometimes pisses me off, but never had problems that huge photo didn't work.
You can do what I always do - open up required photo on full screen, make screeenshot and then save as big size.
Weird...
