Feng, I just saw your update in the thread's OP. FYI, updates to that post don't seem to send alerts through GH's thread subscription tool, so if you want to alert us to anything important like that, you might want to also add a new post to the thread.

In any case, I'm sorry to hear the reds might not be available. I'd still very much prefer reds, but would take blues if that's all you can get. If browns are all that there is, I think I'll pass for now. Every board I have is browns. Thanks!

The reason I didn't send alert to GHers yet is because I'm still trying to get some Poker w/ black, red, and blue switches. So it's still possible to get. For now I've already got one w/ black switch, and fortunately there's only one order for that. I'm still looking for Poker w/ red and blue switches everywhere.

I'm sorry about this issue guys. If I can't get any red or blue MX Pokers, I'll either do the refund or provide some other options for you such as getting a Pure by adding some money.

If anything, how feasible would it be to change all the switches yourself? It is something that is immensely difficult to do?

OJ, I agree with the first part of your second sentence. But the second part, not so much. I just got two of them in the mail today. Both are Limited Editions with aluminum cases. Order one through Lin our EN TaoBao Agent and you should have it on your desk in about two weeks. EZPZ. :-)

What is the difference between the two editions? What switch options did you have?

Sure not. Race LE will be soon released and all switches will be available.

Well, it's not that difficult to do all the switches yourself as long as you know how to use a soldering gun and stuffes.

Who knows. I think they just try to use Pure to replace Poker. But I'm not a big fan of backlit anymore. :/

as for your question, it is $148 because it is limited edition colors that they are providing. i don't think they will release these colors again

It seems like stock for all of the KB+ boards is low or nonexistant. There are no Pure's in stock (I told you megnin! :smokin:) [jk], Pokers aren't being offered with all known switch types. It's rather depressing actually

. I hope that you are able to resolve everything Feng, and keep us posted if you end up doing a Pure GB in the future (even though there won't be any stock for at least a week.)

p.s. offers some pretty good prices for Pures in the classified section. Not sure if I'll do Pure GB in the future since I don't think I can do it as cheap as p.s. does. :/

Yeah those are the only two colors for Race LE. No aluminum cases.

I think Race LEDs light is (a lot)better than Pure. I don't know it's because of the key caps or LEDs itself.

So at first delivery was supposed to be in middle of May. Then it was pushed to the beginning of June. Then delayed to 10th of June. Then delayed to "middle of June". Now it says "end of June". Are we in for another delay loop?

I know it's not your fault Feng. I'm just sick and tired of Vortex and their vaporware. I get that production can have delays but it just seems that Vortex throws out release dates they know they can't hold.

I completely agree with you about Vortex's ability to hit deadlines, it's pretty ****ty. I've been waiting for iMav's Race pre-order to come in for months...
