I am a really patient person and I do not want to create any controversy; but, I cannot help but wondering how other sets began their GB ordering phase after this one began its own one and they have been already shipped and some orders had been delivered, already, while this one is not shipped yet. I cannot understand what is happening. I am sure that there is a reasonable explanation, but I beg the OP to share some information to understand the current status.

From the past updates, my understanding is that the keycaps finished production at the end of July and were shipped out at the beginning of August. It has been more than 3 weeks since then so shouldn't the caps have at least been delivered to Ghost by now? If not, can we get an update of when they will be delivered?

Hey sorry I have been out of town and somehow Tapatalk unsubscribed me from this topic.

The set was shipped out on 8/3, but the tracking has been in limbo since the 7th. GMK is looking into it and is supposed to update me once they know more as to the status. I'll let everyone know more when I have the info. As of now, tracking shows it leaving Germany.

They sent it with DHL, but said that it's going to USPS. So I'm not exactly sure how the sent it out.

No they didn't, but I'd imagine they would replace it if it came to that. I don't expect it though, I imagine it's a big box to just lose.

Yeah I think so. I've had many things held up in customs before, which is what I assume is going on at this point.

Sure, you can argue that it's premature. Although, it doesn't hurt to know where they stand in terms of liability when it comes to lost packages. As they aren't aware of the current status of the package, perhaps they might of said something along the lines of, "if it's lost, we got you covered" to Ghost.

Hey Ghost, it may put some people are rest showing some correspondence between you and GMK and potentially showing a printscreen of the tracking status (with the number blacked out of course).
