In all seriousness though, pointing out how someone has 0 posts to imply that their opinion matters less doesn't exactly cross over as welcoming. It kind of gives the place an "us and them" feeling

Edit: can't spell so gud
This has come up over and over again over the years. It isn't hard to get post count at least into the double digits and show you have interacted a little bit with the community. Even if it is just for show. When you see someone with 0 posts and a several months old account you have to wonder what they are here for.
This is my beef with the hobby, it can be a very selfish hobby for yourself, or you can participate/share with others. Maybe there is nothing wrong with being selfish, but not everyone will see it that way. That is the "us" contributors and and people who share versus the "them" who just want to gobble everything up for themselves. Sometimes I feel selfish for having nice caps when I could have saved that money or purchased things for my wife or child.
I can see that, but what I was getting at is crapping on new people about not having any posts I feel like deters people from posting. So it ends up being counter productive in a sense. At least in my case I've been extremely cautious about posting because I figured it would get torn apart and deemed a ****post immediately.
As far as the part of the community thing goes, a lot of people are here from Reddit, at least in my case, I've been very active on r/MK. But again "Reddit is leaking" doesn't make it seem like some care too much about how involved said person is in community.
