UPDATE: So elton5354 has decided to pick up this group buy, everyone give me a round of applause !!!

I've also updated the price and minimum order amount, group buy is a lot of work and we wouldn't want the organizer to work ENTIRELY FOR FREE. I hope you guys understands.

Now I've updated MOQ to per color, sigh it was too good to be true.....

Type of Mold: ABS Double Shot

Profile: OEM

Available Colors: Black, Blue, Red, Green, and Yellow

MOQ: 500 per color

Price: $8.00 USD per set (104 keys)

Minimum Order: 2 set per person minimum. At this price point I hope 2 set is not a lot to ask and we're trying to push to meet the MOQ also reduce the amount of shipping work for the organizer.

Too good to be true? Well the catch is they can't produce 6.25 spacebar and 1.25 window and menu keys. But they can do blanks for 1.25 window and menu keys, spacebar will be tricky.

So we started talking about getting Tai Hao Double Shot but can't seem to find a person to run the group buy for it. Personally I've been too busy with my work otherwise I'd try to run it myself.

Hopefully this will generate enough interesting and someone will step up to run it

Maybe we could get white spacebars from somewhere else? I think white would fit the legends and it wouldn't look too odd.

I could see a red set and a black set for the price, change out the CC&G at work. Honestly, I like the modern typography better than the vintage-look of SP fonts if you're doing a modern looking set.

I understand we'd get 1.25 blanks for the windows/menu keys, but what, if anything would a "104 set" include for a spacebar?

I doubt the GB will be a set of each colour since there's a 500 MOQ for each colour set. If I have to pick a colour, I'd choose yellow...

for 500 MOQ, I would suggest to just limit to one color for the first run to concentrate the orders. Good pricing though and looks decent. At such a low price, make be make minimum order at 2 sets. Or if you do 2 colors, then people must order 1 set of each color minimum.

I think at this price we should at least try to get all colors. I would take 2 of each if it helped to reach MOQ. And at those prices most people will too I guess. All the mixing color options are just to tempting ^^

The thing is, they're so insanely cheap that it could be worth it just to buy sets nobody wants to meet the MOQ for everyone's benefit.

I spent ~$80 before postage on DSA kits for a single board. I could get over TEN Tai Hao sets for the same money.

Why not "Everyone commits for five sets as the price of admission-- one of each colour-- and then can order additional beyond that. That makes it more likely we'd hit MOQ across the board, and the minimum per person is still less than one SP set.

Yeah, I think a 5 set minimum makes sense at those prices. I mean people pay ~30$ to just to get RGB doubleshots. Why not get 5 almost complete sets for that money?!

Yeah, I'm in for whatever. Did you make extra sure all 500 have to be the same color? If not, we could easily sell 100 sets of 5 colors for $32.50. If so, then it might be hard to find 500 different people that want a set, regardless of how cheap. If I were a vendor though, I'd buy up a lot at these prices and resell. So perhaps some vendors will help.

Actually, looking at the price again, and knowing that I will have to pay for shipping anyway, it would not make sense to pick up only one set. Down for two at least if there is more than one color available. I am thinking a Jamaica themed board
