Why is my teensy repeating a column?
« on: Thu, 30 July 2015, 12:05:01 »
I was messing with my custom last night (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=73452.0;topicseen), and during the frolicking of plugging and unplugging and flashing new firmware, a row started repeating, over and over and over.

I've checked the column wiring, and resoldered the teensy connection, but to no avail.

While I was messing with it, a couple of the power wires got crossed. Is it possible that I fried it? There was no smoke, and it still does type other keys, it just also won't stop repeating the same row over and over.

I assume that I messed up the teensy, and that I'll have to replace it, but I was hoping I might have missed something.

If you fry a Teensy it's only usually one pin that dies - swap your problem pin to a spare and see if that solves your problem :)
