Can we get bar versions of the F/J keys?  I know some recent GMK sets such as Hydro provided both scoop and bar versions of F/J.

LeandreN will be linking >Terminal_'s International Kit on Mekanisk. He has also kindly offered to proxy Europe!
Great. LeandreN's proxy is a value added to me.

>Terminal_ has now drawn inspiration from the amazing Skidata+ keyset in the form of icon mods.
One of OG Skidata cool features is the relegendables keys. It might be late now but perhaps you might wanna consider them as future kit.

1800, TX1800, 65% (TADA, RS68, etc.), 75% (Octagon, B.Mini, etc.), Planck, and Preonic compatible caps added.
Extensive support which is nice. I won't insist, but it's worth asking about R5 caps.

A big one - base was changed to N9, which opens up a lot of opportunities to customize with other amazing sets that are the same base color.
I picture myself mixing Skidata and >Terminal_. Nice one.

Keep up the good work.

Looks like TheKeyCompany has got quite a good feedback on the site, and I am determined to at least try to get a international kit with this set.

I want to thank them for the great opportunity!

I did a quick check of the different layouts I switch between:

60%: Check!
65%: Check!
75%: Check!
1800/18XX: Check!
TKL/Fullsize: Check!

International kit is nice.

Nice set! Just one question, why does uk get a free pass (again) while other european locales get second rate citizenship? Do something unique and pick another locale to the main kit, or at least do a favour to norde folk and stuff uk to the international kit to get an extra chance for it to succeed. 150 MOQ norde will be difficult, but with uk at our side we may yet succeed!

Thanks for the feedback.

There are both good sides and bad sides with this.

A lot of UK iso users wouldn't be satisfied.

I am afraid people will settle for the ANSI set because the international set is too expensive "to add". The iso keycaps would also be included in this set, I assume?

If the international kit won't hit the MOQ, there won't be any ISO, even if people would settle for iso UK for their international layouts.

On the other hand, we make it cheaper for all the ANSI buyers, and if I were to put myself in the situation, I would gladly pay 50% of the base set in addition, to getting an ISO layout.

I do think we need the ISO UK help to tip the international kit.

I want to go far to make this set succeed, and your feedback is what we need.

I will bring it up, thanks.

Hey bud. Thanks! N9 is the darkest grey GMK has, its place on their color palette is right before CE (black). Think Dolch's dark legends' base color. Speaking of which, that's why we went with N9, to add the possibility to mix and match with N9 sets (Dolch, Sky, Reborn, Skidata+, etc.), which is pretty cool.

As a UK ISO user I promise to buy 1 ISO set to help tip it.  If my wallet can do it I will buy 2.   We need this to work but yes 150 is going to be hard.  We should promote it in the German keyboard forum.  I will try and find the URL on the weekend and make a post :)

was hoping to see this Q1 or Q2 2017. not sure this could even get into production until then anyway. beware, Op, of long-running IC phase. better to stretch it out and hype for a couple months. i'm a GMK hound, and i just found this a couple weeks ago...

i would love to see a green spacebar either included in the set, or with the add-on.
if the international kit had a green spacebar, i would buy the kit just for the spacebar and sell the international keys. that would probably help reach MOQ

GMK MOQs are typically 150 sets, so it's unlikely it would hit. Sorry :-(

Hey, I love this concept, but there's one small detail that somewhat bothers me. I don't think the current Meta key is representative of the most common use cases for the key on a Unix system. Something like a SunOS style Meta key (diamond sign ♢) or with "Meta" or "Super" (maybe taking the place of the Code key currently included) black lettering on green background would be awesome. Most tiling WM's use that key for normal operation so it's would fit the set like a glove, just like the highlighted ~` key.

Thanks!

Updated OP to include ErgoDox support! Hope you guys like it!

An universal N9 ergodox support is a good idea. It's not clear what profile you have in mind for the thumb cluster, but usually it will only take a few addition to make it compatible with Planck/Preonic. With Carbon, it took an additional 3 keys. So, by adding a mere 3 keys, you can get the ortho crowd on board and reach MOQ faster :)
