Whoa ! Thanks for the render - I've been eyeing the koyu and trying to imagine in my head...
The only thing giving me second thoughts about the koyu is the backspace.

Looking at the sample reminds me why I did not join for a set back in May. Although the purple looks really nice, I have always been a fan of the deeper and darker shade of purple. Still can't wait to see people putting on a good show in r/mk

well all the signs are pointing at it, look at the initial sample how much lighter the sample is compared to the pantone.

Also, iirc the color was always supposed to be a "wheat" sort of color, not gold. In person the color seems very close to the renders, perhaps just a touch more vibrant in brighter light.

Seems pretty close to the pantone to me, it is slightly lighter than the render but the pantone is really close, never supposed to be a gold.   
Talking about the initial sample which is what was produced later, i'm totally ok with it.

Update on shipping: Orders 1086-1181 have been packaged, aside from a couple in there that are waiting on cables/sleeves, and will be going out Monday. I might get a few more packaged up before then, but tomorrow is taken up with wood splitting at the grandparents' house, and we actually don't have room for many more packaged sets at one time. Also, I've got like maybe another 20 orders' worth of bubble wrap left, and something went weird with my bubblewrap order, ebay is like "the account you ordered from was compromised, but instead of us refunding your money automatically you gotta wait to see if the order shows up or not before you can file a dispute". So since I can't really afford to make another order at the moment, I'll have to wait that out and see what happens. If I'm lucky the order shows up and there's no delay, if not it might delay some of the orders maybe a week.
