The R4 1u \| key in base should be alpha-colored.
Why is there an alpha-colored Return key? I hope this is a mistake and not on purpose.
The 1.75u spacebar in the Batteries kit should be changed to 1.25u. 1.75u is used only on very few 40% keyboards, so it shouldn't be in the big spacebars kit as it's already included in Cartridges. On the other hand, 1.25u is useful for many layouts, including standard split 6.25u spacebar (2.75u+1.25u+2.25u), and Alice and other ergo boards (2u+1.25u), so it would make sense for it to be in this kit.
In addition to this, the R1 1u
\| key that used to (correctly) be alpha-colored, is now mod-colored. So it seems that there has been a misunderstanding. Perhaps I should have emphasized that R4 is the ZXCV row, not the number row.
Either way, please see if you can address these issues before the GB starts. If not all four, then at least the ones regarding the
\| keys, as those wouldn't require getting a re-quote from GMK. The set isn't fully usable for ISO users if the R4 pipe key is mod-colored, nor is it usable for most split backspace users if the R1 pipe key is mod-colored.
Edit: Please don't take this the wrong way — I'm not in any way pointing out these mistakes to bash on the set, or anything like that... I just want to see the kitting be the best it possibly can when this set hits GB, in order to hopefully attract as many buyers as possible. This is the case with all keyset projects that I comment on.
