Title: RGB not functioning correctly!

I recently bought the Portico Keyboard (65%) and one of my RGB isn't functioning correctly. For some reason, it turns on/off when I click it (for only that specific RGB) and it won't change colors properly either. It stays this single color and I can't figure out why it isn't working. Please help!
