Yeah, I'm pretty sure my total included shipping. I paid $6.63 for 2 x 8 balls.

Mine contains shipping, too. I would have noticed that anyway, 20$ is quite something. I guess you just messed up the lower and/or US shippings.

Yes - I did this spreadsheet different that my others and completely had a mental breakdown.

Depends on who is doing the Dye Sub. IBM dye sub on Model M's looks pretty sharp. Some Cherry dye sub looks good as well.

Nah, I think the colours are brilliant (pun intended). My favourites are 3&11 as well as 6&14.
