Jeremy over at Morbid Stix did this custom paint job for me. I couldn't be happier.

Thank you. I was worried about the color of the caps and the paint job being a bit too much.

That's fantastic!
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Any idea if they'd accept someone shipping a case to them to be painted?? This looks awesome thank you for sharing it.

Wow, okay, that is cool! I am torn between doing things  mine , or not. I love the feel of the case as it is already, but a little color wouldn't be a bad thing.

Anyway, well done!

Thank you :) You can always spurce the keycaps up, but yea jumping into modding the case can be a challenge. I found $30 to have someone else do it for me a better choice just in case I messed things up.

The splatter is a really nice touch!

Thanks. I was looking through ps4 gallery and thought it would look really good. Originally I was going with a flat purple paint on the top panel but plans kind of changed on that front once I saw the splatter.

This custom paint job looks really good, so clean. Great looking keyboard my friend.  :thumb:
The splatter gives it that extra touch indeed.
How much does this guy take to paint a full keyboard?

I'm considering painting my Quickfire XT...

I would recommend the hydro dip service. He can do custom orders if he doesn't have what you need but the charge might be higher. $30 for dip, $40 if you want a flat colour.
