Looking for someone that has access to a mill

Hey guys I am looking for someone that has access to a mill that would be willing to help me prototype a small project.

If you would also have access to small pieces of scrap aluminum to prototype with for dirt cheap, that would be amazing.

I could do this at school, but I am at home for the summer.
