Finished the second episode yesterday..
It makes perfect sense that the pyramid is a battery..
Building a Tomb like that, yea it's cool and all, but you have to consider the Pharoah would need to be the World's Most Mega Bastard Idiot child to want something like that.
And even if he wanted one, Devoting so much resources to a useless ornament would cause significant civil strife ending in civil war..
So it must be a power plant of sorts..

I think that our ancestral Gods/Dictators were Space Travelers, (Immigrants) is the most likely..

It would also partly explain the current state of the world, How major corporations seem to willingly let people die by the millions..

These are Clearly Space Based Beam-Weapon test marks.
If you look at the lines, it's clearly testing for precision cornering and return precision.
The artwork is also Exactly like doodles by Non-artistically trained engineers.
What they really wanted to do was Test straight lines..
But They did that, on the large (Track Area), and the Chief of project was like, Dude, everyone is gonna know we got a Beam weapon..

As for the Nazca lines, that is literally just trenches dug out of the iron oxide rock making up the desert's floor around there. They are basically all but confirmed to be religious sites used for sacrifices and offerings, as various alters shells bones and pots are found all around there. I'd be willing to bet they were created with a crude form of a camera obscura using the reflection to plan out the shapes.

Speculation is different from knowing.
Knowing aliens exist would probably supplant the authority OF the government.
Instead of working towards that mortgage payment.. People would probably quit bothering wtih all that and DEMAND m0ar alien stuff..
That would more or less end the capitalist system of exploitation as they can not simply PROVIDE a service of M0ar aliens..

In the US you can just slap an Organic label on almost anything not processed, it's virtually meaningless these days due to unregulation. There are other ways to build a generator much more easily than an entire pyramid..
The Labor and time involved, one could widdle a crude steam engine with a knife.

If it were some sort of alien weapon.. It's most likely some sort of laser or microwave beam weapon..
Nuclear is extremely resource intensive to refine, and I don't see why they would spend that kind of money just to wipe out some crummy monkey city of bricks and mortar.
Laser and microwave is better/ more efficient, and you can still use the land after if necessary..
