[IC] Kinesis Advantage DCS PBT Blanks

Hey folks,

I have a pair of Kinesis Advantage keyboards that I plan on getting custom blank DCS PBT keycap sets for from SP. Input Nirvana put together a post with the exact profiles for a set of DCS caps for the Advantage so I contacted SP and asked for a quote. The exact specification I gave them is listed below.

Colors:

• INNER = VBD (Pale light green)
• OUTER = OAY (Pale light orange)
• HOME = BFC (Pale light blue)

The colors would be laid out as follows (This was a rough mockup in paint, for the actual colors, see the samples on SP's website):

I received the following quote:

They provided a quote for dye sublimation printing as well, although I would rather just get blanks as I have a handful of keys remapped and may remap them again in the future.

Anyways, on to the reason for this post. I was planning on getting 2 sets but given that buying 5 sets only ends up being $84.44 more, I'm just going to buy 5 sets. I don't have the funds to do a big group buy, but if anyone is interested in this I will have a few extra sets that I would sell for the price they cost me ($128.50) plus shipping to get it to you.

The main thing I want to gauge interest in is the colorway. I'm going to buy 5 sets regardless of interest, but if people are interested in buying one or more of the sets but would prefer different colors, I'm not opposed to changing the colorway. So, let me know if you are interested in a blank PBT DCS set for the Kinesis Advantage and what colorway you would want! I will have 3 extra sets and if we can agree on a better colorway I will change it.

I'm now leaning towards the miami-esque colors. I really like Royal Navy but I don't think it's possible with the color choices that are available.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Royal Navy double-shot ABS? They have a much bigger selection of blues in ABS than PBT:

Damn sorry I'm missed the PBT part. But Melisa said to me SP can make custom color at no cost, although I asked her for the usual GB, not custom order like this.

No problem! Yea, since I'm only ordering 5 I'm trying not to make my request too fancy.
