That looks great! Hoping to join for both.

What's the story behind the pumpkins?

Really like the additions to the base set. However, now that both kits have gotten larger I'm pretty sure getting both is going to be over $200. I'm still definitely in for the base set but I'll see if I can save up enough money from here until release date to get both.

I think/hope it will run near halloween and i got the idea about hollow eclipse. Say pumpking causing the eclipse and not the moon. But yada yada yada i like that pumpkin now so much and i dont even care about if it will run near the halloween or not. That pumpkin must be made :)

I really like the moon escape keys! And glad to see the violet (now purple) accent color make a return, though slightly changed.

Also am for the merger of the 2 (accents and novelties) as hopefully will get more people buying both of them we can lower the price of it as a whole.

On winkeyless builds, I tend to make my left right alt my windows key and my left  right control key "fn."

Actually hhkb has 1.5u Fn key too with forth switch turned on. In that case i'll add  1.5u Fn key.

...

Anyway depending on if the gb will start on Helloween (which i hope) i consider offering a Hollow Eclipse base set (looks skidataish tho). Though its not wise to do so because it will devide the buyers base so this not a promise. Was just consideration...

I think orange thus cant keep making orange sets  :))

Very flashy! :D Give a Halloween feeling but the original idea was better, I am pretty sure a few people would like that but maybe on the modifiers only :)

If you are trying to do holloween version I'd do purple mods. I think purple and orange fits Halloween (and the decorations) better.

I like the look of this set. Great color but still understated. Don't know if it's possible, but it would be awesome to see a novelty with the Mira SE logo.

On the subject of eclipses, will anybody else be watching the eclipse in North America on the 21st? I'm lucky enough to be right in the path of totality in western Oregon. I pretty excited about it!

Well thats close :) I thought people would rather compare eclipse with ducky pbt blue/gray caps. Though keep in mind the N9 is much darker gray than this realforce keyset.

I plan to drive up from California. A friend managed to snag a campsite about an hour south of the path of totality.

I think this set will look along the same lines as GMK Burgundy which is an absolutely beautiful set from GMK of course.  The colors in the hallow eclipse set are spot on for me, its a set I really would like to own.  I think GMK Eclipse is also lovely and like all T0mb3ry projects, I will wait patiently with wallet in hand.

Update

Base kit
- Added 1.5u Fn key (hhkb 4th switch)
- Reorganized mockup to logical groups so you get the better overview, which i hope should make it easier for you to find a key you are looking for.

windowed stepped caps lock

Sorry the windowed keys are always printed (else that would be tripple shot key). I dont want to include something that does not last as the keys them selves. Also colorwise the prints are always off.

Thanks for the kind words :). I hope we could offer "Hollow Eclipse" too, though its probably hard decision since iso does not support the Hollow Eclipse.

Loving this set, definitely can say I prefer the muted tones of the original over the hollow eclipse. Would it add too many keys to add a F5 through F8 matching the alphas?

My birthday is only a couple of days away from Halloween so I hope I can get this for myself as a gift  :D

I can imagine adding full reverted f row to accent keys, since its actually setting the accents. Overall i agree with suggestion and i for myself like to use complete blue f row.

The group buy will be done at Candykeys.com probably around halloween. The accent kit is one single kit. Everything you see on mockup picture is contained in accent kit.

VOTE FOR THE COLORS in accent key.

You can choose multiple colors if you like. The least fav will be then removed from the accent kit.

Sure i will do by the end of the day 3 TKL mockups each featuring one of the accent colors.
