- Production Done
- Started packaging add-on Kit.

Status update.
I have been checking to pay the payment to GMK and yesterday receive the feedback.
All payment was paid to GMK.
And one good news,
GMK said that this sets are ready in production and will be ready for shipping soon.
It is very fast schedule than expected.

Maybe next update will be news about finishing production or shipping information from GMK.

GB closed.
Just about 60% of MOQ was joined but all proxies share the extra sets. So we can progress this GB.
I will request the invoice to GMK this week and if all proxies will pay the payment to GMK, I will inform this in this thread.

I have been gathering the counts.
Definitely I estimate the counts as only 50~55% of MOQ, even though 1 week extended.
So I request to proxies that proxies have or not the in-house stock. (in my case, base 30set, LED+Spacebar 20set)
Maybe GB will be decided by in-house stock counts.

I and all proxies try to progress the GB even though current count is very low.
So I and proxies open the GB until deciding the progress. (Maybe this Friday)
I hope that we will make the good decision.

X-Mas season is so hard to progress GB. 

I discussed GB period extension to reach the MOQ with proxys and all agree this.
So GB will be closed on 7/1/2018.

I really hope that MOQ will be reached.
Also as I promised before, if base 120 set, LED and space bar 80 set will be reached, I will progress.

I don't get why people say stuff like this... if there were enough people to actually get a norde kit produced, we would have already hit moq multiple times. Laser sold 2100 kits and that was enough to literally JUST hit moq at 100 orders of the euro kit.

You need serious hype to have a norde kit produced outside of massdrop.

I don't have the numbers on hand since I'm on mobile, but the numbers for the past 5 or so GMK sets with these kits that ran have shown a pretty steady trend of <5% order for these kits vs the base kits. Besides meaning that these kits have a statistically insignificant purchase rate, this means you need the base kit to hit the upper bounds of what even Massdrop can sell in order to be produced. This means that for small set designers not going through MD, it's not worth the time and effort to design a kit and get it mocked up/quoted by GMK. There's always so many people that will yell and complain about these kits not being included, but they seem to disappear when it comes time to commit.

I know its a small amount of kits and with the logic of not getting the norde kit produced. The norde kits, just have a rough history with importing fees etc and people attend to find other solutions n compromises. But more n more EU proxies are starting to distribute even with this set shipping directly from germany to EU and other places. More people are seeing that and a hungry crowd awaits Thats all. My comment wasn't a complaint - just a noticed that i would be happy to pay 30€ more for a Norde kit. Especially when it ships from within the EU.

I presume they have reorganized so sets that require no custom molds (i.e. novelties) and colors are done on a separate schedule/setup or something. Would be the most probable reason in my opinion.

I was really hoping for a 24hr turnaround like with Royal Alpha, but unfortunately that won't be the case this time
