Title: How does the pre-orders work?
Post by: takonic on Fri, 23 October 2015, 00:30:38
I just pre-ordered a pok3r backlit, but the confirmation email does not state either its black or the white version. Will another email be coming for confirmation on stock and shipping time?

What SKU did you purchase? If it ends in "_w" it's white, if there's no "_w", it's black.

What are your pre-order Policies?
Mechanical Keyboards Inc will sometimes offer the ability to pre-order certain items.

Please note the following before placing your pre-order:

Pre-orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
    All pre-orders are charged immediately.
We offer our absolute best guess as to the arrival of new inventory, but sometimes models can get held up in production, customs, or any other number of situations. Estimated dates are subject to change.
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it has shipped without penalty.

If you were Brian at EK, I would cancel within a heartbeat but thankfully you are not.

Bought lots of items from you guys over the years hence looking forward to when the item(s) shall finally arrive into your warehouse.
