"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Haha, is it really the same one?  I actually had the same F2 Red skull come to me three times via trades from different people.  It's now far, far away.  Anyways, congrats for finally getting it back. :)

Wonder if I can trade in a clack that doesn't fit on stem... D:

Edit: Nevermind. I just pushed it in with an uncomfortable amount of force.

I seem to recall that Blood Splats were only available in a WASD cluster previous?  Or not??

I take back my thing about it not fitting. It's just way too tight though.

Two of my WASD MX sets are really tight as well, so maybe that's just the way blanks are when they come fresh from the Clack Factory.  It makes me pretty nervous when adding/removing them from my board.

It must just be the shadow/shine/differences in plastic or something but, that stem almost looks like its missing a piece on the bottom...

The bottom part is just a different color and a bit thinner than the other sides. The phone camera doesn't help either. I need a lens for my dslr that can take good closeup shots.

So.. about the night owl mkII. It's not tritium like the one naasfu has, but rather a highly reflective surface with clear red resin over it or something.

It won't glow on it's own with no light as far as I can tell.

Does this sound about right to anyone else with one? I need to see if I can figure this out.

Came with the snow storm! Its so cute! Its a very dark plum with red eyes.  :)

Really great pics, man.  The pink cord goes well with the dark plum, too. :)

So.. about the night owl mkII. It's not tritium like the one naasfu has, but rather a highly reflective surface with clear red resin over it or something.

It won't glow on it's own with no light as far as I can tell.

Does this sound about right to anyone else with one? I need to see if I can figure this out.

Ah, that's interesting.  I guess that's why this cap was priced like a normal cap rather than something like 'Murica.  It still looks really good, especially in your excellent photo. :)
a cute stray cat combination that comes out happily when you look at your face is cute

Here goes mine.  Topre Night Owl mk II.  They eyes don't seem to glow by themselves, but there is definitely some sort of witchcraft involved in forging it as the eyes do seem...magic.
