Easiest method is to head to the new geekhack discord server, #helpdesk channel (link takes you straight there) and leave a note pinging me and mentioning your geekhack username. :thumb:

If you're not on discord, no worries - can always PM me here or on reddit (no chat please). Responses might be just a bit slower.
