This color is awesome. I'm not a fan of the plain 1800 layout, but that color... hnnng

Tx1800 v2 basic option = brass plate + brass weight bar + case + pcb = $420

Brass weight bar is same with txcp.

For the love of God let me pre-order. I can't wait until March for the comfort of having paid! TX-75 is my favorite board (brass plate) and I'm very excited at the prospects of acquiring a TX-1800. kin strikes again.

Originally this thread was made for an interest check. It devolved into a gb/sale without the moderators knowledge.

Once it was caught, the thread was locked and kin/yuktsi were pm'd about the rules. I decided that since this was still ongoing, the thread needed to have a place for discussion from those that purchased the keyboard. It was not a GB, nor is kin a vendor. The only other two places are classifieds and artisan services. Since kin puts all of the leg work into creating his boards, I felt that he deserved to be here. I am going to have him listed as an artisan soon, and he should be posting his threads in this subforum from now on.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

A bit late, but I felt like mentioning. I received my TX-switch films. I'm impressed with their quality, and they are sized correctly. The price was also very nice, and shipping time wasn't that long either.

I picked up one of these boards secondhand, is there any chance of getting another plate and pcb somewhere? I love the board and thought it would be fun to have another option in switches to swap out when I feel like it.

I kinda hate to pimp my own (soon to be a) group buy, but if you don't have any luck picking up a plate/pcb, you might try holtite sockets. (NB: I'm not making any money off the buy.) I'm using them on my Tx84/TxPad. The bottom row requires some soldering with them, but they do save a lot of effort when swapping. If you're interested:

I am also waiting them.
Everyday I called factory and asked how they were going on..
Now.. They are in anodizing factory.
But it is not the signal of finishing.
In anodizing process All problems happen.
So.. We need more patience.
