I don't like the italic fonts so much... Wouldn't it make more sense to use cherry style legends, which allow to have bigger letters? Probably function keys font look too big in comparison to the others?

No, I dont have any samples of the gray. However there are pantone codes on each mock up to help illustrate the color.

Personally, I think '1 U' looks nicer, but I think I'd be just as happy with '1 UP'.

Those look fine to me, GMK-level texture (GMK texture is great when new, but being ABS they smooth out very quickly).

Will Matcha modifiers be darker as shown above or a bit lighter like in the OP? Maybe it's just the lighting that makes it look a bit different.

Legends are smaller, which I like. Helps make the set different than so much of the other bilingual sets out there. The legends are surprisingly crisp as well from the test set I've had my hands on. Would def be in for a few sets based on what I've seen in person.

On the Grey and Black combo, is are the mods Grey on Black or WoB? They seem WoB, but wasn't sure.
GMK sets are great. They are, in my humble opinion, the finest keycaps money can buy. But compatibility drives the cost up, limited font options, and they just dont fit everyone's budget.i

Hey everyone. As you may have heard we fell a bit short of MOQ. These sets are based on 2 base colors, grey and white. Each have a pretty steep MOQ. One has to go. I tried everything to get them to drop MOQ, get proxies to buy extras, buy extras myself: Cant make it happen. Either grey or white has to go.May I ask what's the most popular set? To uh, mentally prepare myself for the outcome.
If we drop the white base: BoW will be cancelled. WoB will use grey base. Other kits remain unchanged.
If we drop the grey base: Grey will be cancelled. Black & Grey will be come Black & White, Matcha will use white alphas. Other kits remain unchanged.

Everything seems fine. 7 and 6.25 spacebars are good.
My BoW set came with a third Shift key, missing the Return key :(
