I've been using this rubber dome DELL L100 USB Keyboard for 2 years now.  :'( Given that I type quite a lot and spend a significant amount of time in front of my computer every day it is quite surprising that all the keys still work. :-X

What's special about it? nothing.
but It got Chinese labels and being a linux enthusiast I couldn't stand the windows keys so I have a nice smiley sticker "mod" for them  ;D

I have 2 keyboards I use regularly:

My main keyboard on my desktop at home is a Noppoo chock mini with MX browns and a GoldTouch keypad with browns as well.

At work / mobile, I use a full leopold with MX blues. I carry it and my M570 with me, the dust shield makes a decent cover for stowing in my laptop backpack and the detachable USB cable reduces the chance of damage in transit.

No, I'm an engineer. My work place is filled with arguments, phone calls, people smashing their RDs in frustration, air conditioning, and other white noises. It's definitely not library quiet. People do hear it but it's not annoying since it's not louder than anything else.

You kids always act like typing on Blues is like setting off firecrackers indoors. It not *that* loud.

I think the reason MX Blues are perceived as being very noisy is because of the high pitched click they make. I think that all three of my Filcos are about equally loud because, for me personally, a majority of the noise comes from bottoming out. Regardless of the switch type, the sound of the keys bottoming out on a metal plate sound the same to me. I've never tried the o-ring mod (where people put o-rings on the key stems) but I believe that would reduce a lot of the noise. The blues just have that extra higher pitched click that I think a lot of people have a hard time adjusting to.

O-rings on blue switches don't help *that" much. The actuation noise is still heard but the bottom out is muffled. I wrote a review on this that has a video showing the sound differences.

Ha!  Right this second I am using a newly refurbished Model M! :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I was using the SGI Granite with white Alps I'd pulled out from a box in the garage but forearm pain started coming in despite me trying to be pretty careful after using it for a couple days.  I'm back to an MS Ergo 4000 at both home and work.

Dammit, someone make an MS Ergo 4000 in MX Reds :(

Main Machine : Steelseries 7G Black MX with additional custom keycaps (for some []\/[]@D$\/\/@G) with French Canadian Qwerty layout
At the Office : Poker II Brown MX (with Blank Spacebar) with US english Qwerty layout.
My netbook is an HP Mini 1000 the keyboard is crap lol. It has US english Qwerty layout also.

Ipad has iOS6 keyboard on US english layout even if i type french.
Iphone has iOS7 keyboard on US english layout too.

iOS7 Keyboard is way better than any other virtual keyboard for mobile, trust me. I use both everyday and i feel the difference between the two. iOS7 keyboard is a blessing for the newer mobile operating system.

My dad has an IBM Mech. Keyboard which i don't know the model but it has Canadian Acnor layout and that's pretty badass that makes it a little unique. Acnor is very rare.

I used to own a Corsair K90 Red MX but Red just isn't for me after second tought. It was pretty sweet at first and it taught me how to type with less aggressiveness, but it's really not meant for gaming in my opinion. It's too light and i'm a man.

a crappy cheap logitech k120. It's embarrassing. Waiting for the Shine 3. Unless someone puts up a deal I can't refuse between now and release I'll be waiting.

Dammit, someone make an MS Ergo 4000 in MX Reds :(

Wish Granted. It's in Browns...but close enough.

Heh, I've seen that keyboard.

Believe me, there are days when I'm tempted to try to do this.  Yet I know I don't have the skills or tools to do so.  Plus I'd really want to be able to use all the media keys on it - have my Windows registry set to use the 1 and 2 programmable buttons as previous/next for Winamp.
