Hello. I’ve been waiting quite a few months for both an ALF X2 nameplate and a missing JTK Aqua novelty from zFrontier. I tried following up a few times again this month (Via their Contact email) and it seems no one is answering any emails. They’re still conducting group buys, so I’m unsure if it’s just them ignoring my follow ups or if they all of a sudden have a new customer support email (I have tried contacting them on Reddit as well, with no luck). Has anyone had any success contacting them lately? If so, could you kindly message me the correct email address or person of contact? Thank you.

I've tried emailing them about a GB and had a similar experience.
One thing I've heard is that since zF is a Chinese-run site, English is a second language and if a request is too verbose or difficult to translate they may not be able to decipher the request or give an appropriate response.

I tried but he keeps ignoring my e-mails/pm’s. Looking at their recent Reddit posts, it seems others seem to have the same issue with their customer support..

I've found that when you start a paypal dispute, they magically become rather attentive.

Not in my case. I hit them with a chargeback from my credit card even. No response.

just saw zF_IndianaJones' post in the Chinese page of zFrontier 2 days ago, seems like ScrambledEggzf last login was July 2018. I just joined a group buy via their intl website and I'm worried about what's happening with zFrontier :( :( :(

This is interesting that they are such a big staple yet have bad customer service.
That is one thing that I love about KBRFans is that they have GREAT customer service.

Not in my case. I hit them with a chargeback from my credit card even. No response.
Update: refund issued. This is bittersweet, I would much rather have these keycaps...

Ahh I hate when things like that happen. I got something on eBay a couple weeks ago that was never sent... I just wanted it... not the money :feelsbadman:

Yeah, I got another late reply on Dec 3rd and now nothing since. Just requested a refund. We'll see what happens. They can add new GB and specials every week, but can't answer a status update, or deliver product.

Now, they are not even responding to refund request emails. Used both Alex's direct email, and the link on their website.

We are now coming to 1 year for the FR87. We have now been waiting for the PCB for about four months even though we are being told 2-4 weeks each time.
He has stopped replying to emails now, I am starting to think that this isn't just an issue with the FR87 but the GB runner as a whole.

There wren't any updates on The Beach wrist wrest, which was estimated to ship in December. I also sent support a message asking about any updates and I've yet to receive any response. I've emailed them in the past without any issues, so it's disappointing that support has been non-existent.

The FR87 Groupbuy was supposed to be delivered in July 2018 according to the original estimates. It has been pushed back multiple times now. I am now on my second lot of buyer protection (180 days) running out!
We are now waiting on a PCB which has been getting made since September...

They did refund my order after I emailed them to cancel it. I didnt pay with PayPal, and they refunded me. So maybe they are just having major problems managing their time, inventory, and communications. At least it appears this way to me.

Understood. Yeah that may be the case; I can understand some delays especially in this industry/hobby, but at this point it's super unprofessional and I'm tired of giving them the benefit of the doubt, as well as my time/energy trying to right the ship.
This will be the last thing I ever order from zF.

Yeah I just need to update my shipping address for the Starry Night set. Have tried emailing them once a week since the first of January - no response. Very frustrating.

i have been sending them emails since last october and still sending them, yet not a singler reply, they have a very ****ty support or after service so watch out.

Haven't had a reply even though i sent multiple emails since october 2018. Just filed a paypal case to see if that will wake them up.

Man I've learned my lesson - never joining a group buy run on zfrontier again. Constantly missing deadlines with little to no communication.

My last experience was requesting to change shipping address for 5 orders and they responded the next day. Then on gmk minimal w/o my knowing, they did follow through w/ the partial refund for meeting the moq. But i do have another inquiry that they did not respond to even after replying to them a few times.

I honestly believe that after the first delay, that Alex Lin's business model is now just a Ponze scheme that got out of hand. He and zfrontier have no intention of delivering product and just keep loading up on GBs. With 33 open GBs, no delivery, no response to refund requests, and stringing everyone on delays until after Paypal's 180 day dispute, then radio silence. I went back and looked at responses from their support and sure enough, responses up until about 190 days after I paid, then nothing.
I've now sent an email every week, and even made sure it is short and sweet for the translation in their office. Things like 'Update of Order #XXXXXXXXX' and now just 'Refund on Order #XXXXXXXXX' and still no response.
They should be banned from all MKB GBs and sites going forward.
If you are lucky enough to have doubted them early, and are under the 180 day Paypal dispute timeline, file a dispute and get a refund directly from Paypal. Do not delay.

Just file the dispute. It's not worth sitting on your hands and losing the money. There will be other nice keyboards.

I'm trying no to get my hopes up, but Alex Lin finally responded to weeks of emails. Here is his response on SN2.
"Again, we apologize for the long wait on the Starry Night keycaps.
Keyreative is still working on them and will finish production in late May. Once we receive them, we will set out for shipping immediately.
Best"

If you try to send to their listed email address it currently returns errors. Hopeless.
