Yeah, I can share the case files once the GB is closed, and I can ship to US proxies. PCB only shipping would also be a fair bit cheaper than the kit since it's probably less than 8oz, should put international shipping at $13

POM doesn't come with protective film like acrylic and some other plastics do, the white requires either addition of film, or cleaning after cutting to remove the staining from the cut process, and that adds considerable processing time, so I generally try to avoid white.

Yes, QMK compatible, and I already have QMK firmware written for it, LEDs are configurable in QMK as well

No, as the right edge of the ANSI enter and pipe key are not aligned, it is not possible to add ISO support.

I believe my plan is to go live with the GB next week, and it will be open for 2 weeks or until it hits 100 boards, if there's a lot more interest, I'll probably run a round 2 as well a few months later. Target is to have the R1 boards done and shipped in october/november.

The indicator LEDs will come soldered (white LEDs), the underglow is via an RGB strip header and is not included.

They should work OK, they're longer and stick up more from the top of the board, but I don't think that should cause any issues with the design, you may need to put some foam or something on both sides of the PCB to keep it from moving around with the sockets since it isn't designed for hotswap.
