This thread is for folks who have received their round two poker items and are missing items or have damage.

So, a couple of people have said they are missing screws, key caps, and/or have a few warped or damaged keys.

Post you discrepency here (with a photo, if at all possible) and I will follow up with Vortex for replacements.

That is the follow up shipment that just recently went out the door. Order is confirmed and filled. You should receive them shortly.

my black engraved poker set came with a slightly warped space bar, but not enough to warrant an exchange.

still waiting for my 104 set, hopefully that comes in flawless

Might be easier to just buy missing screws from a local hardware store for a few cents...?

Also, most PBT sets will tend to show some amount of warping on their spacebars just because of how PBT works, so I'm not sure how much they'd be willing to do about that.

My Poker arrived two days ago and my keycaps got here yesterday! Everything seems to be in order, except that the black blank PBT Poker set of keycaps has an extra capslock instead of |\. I'll post a pic when I get home tonight.

My "W" key doesn't have the arrow printed on the side. Not really an issue but it bugs me out when I stare at it.

Large PBT keys not being straight seems to be pretty common. One of PBT shift keys ordered from Signature plastic had similar problem. However, this problem is easily fixable by using a hair dryer.

1. You put the spacebar on a flat surface.
2. Heat the spacebar with a hair dryer. Be careful not to over heat it. Heat it just enough so that you can straighten the spacebar by pressing down on both sides. The post where I saw this tip said 5 to 20 seconds will be enough although it depends on power of your hair dryer.
3. Now hold the spacebar down until it cools down.

There is a second shipment going out on monday. (or, I guess that is, technically, the 3rd shipment of this order)

I don't have spares...but will tally up the missing/damaged items and get replacements from Vortex.

I have one of the goofy taco'ed banana space bars. I have not put my pbt keycaps on yet still memorizing the fn layer and waiting for my keycap puller to come in the mail so not sure if any other keys are missing or messed up. I can just clearly see the space bar problem right through the clear bag the keys are in.

Black spacebar issue was settled...still have that goofy white spacebar I posted in the original thread.

I'm not super dead set on getting a replacement if it's a big hassle...might just try the hairdryer trick.
