1. I work as a purchaser and that's what my education is in. I don't need a lesson on suppliers, that's literally what I do all day long, work with supplies.
2. This is my 7th keycap kit and I've never had this ****ty communication.
3. If you don't have "anything", update that you don't have **** to say and explain what you're doing to get new information to your customers.
I'm not entirely sure what you are expecting. If Keyreative doesn't provide any updates, what updates are you expecting to get here? Just a constant stream of "Nothing new"? What good does that do anyone?
I've not been in the hobby long, but it's obvious that GMK, Keyreative, et al. are constantly running behind schedule, and that you should expect delays on anything being delivered. This isn't a one off kickstarter where you have random people having to work with random manufacturers, run the process almost entirely themselves, and figure out all the logistics. Someone designed a keycap set, worked with established vendors and an established manufacturer, and it is now as much out of their hands as it is yours. Do you think Cannonkeys or Keyreative, etc. are going to take the money and run? That you won't get your product when it's finished?
There's no reason to be so rude and combative here.
