Stabilizer issues with long pole stems
« on: Mon, 27 September 2021, 15:34:47 »
Hey, I am certain that many more people have had this problem, so maybe someone can help. I am using Neapolitan switches and I notice that if I am hitting my spacebar with a little more force or hold it down not centered (a problem for when I am gaming) the spacebar get's uneven fairly often since the bottom out distance for my switches is far smaller than the bottom out distance of my stabs. Does anyone have a solution to this? I have googled the best I could for a solution and found none.

What's the difference in travel between your stabs and switch? I can't imagine it's different enough for your spacebar to shift/torque entirely.

It almost sounds like your space bar is too "loose". Can you pull it off with little or no force?

Edit: what kind of stabs do you have?

I'm using the C3Equalz stabs in the GMK Olivia colorway.
