Like drinkbleach said, now that Toxic is finally happening everyone has won!

And don't forget Bunny has a surprise up his sleeve ...

Worst case scenario - you end up with a fantastic key set and partake in a group buy run with the efficiency, enthusiasm and tireless dedication that Bunny and his team seem to pull off :)

His arm :3 sorry I couldn't help it But indeed also cables I love cables glad we are getting a nice one :)

Cables, yes, another win :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I got one! Wow, I am over the moon. I was on the fence about whether I would actually buy one even if I won the lottery, but I can't pass this up. I don't own a Bro or any other super fancy cap. My Topre will be very happy to get some love for a change.

Is the brobots consolation prize only available to those that expressed interest in the toxic bros?

You might want to read the OP here

http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=55452.0

I'm well aware of how the toxic brobot loterry worked thanks :) I'm asking specifically about who qualifies for the "something nice" that mentioned in the quote below.

really sorry to anyone who wasnt successful, i would have loved to be able to make this possible for everyone, but it simply wasnt feasible, we have done our best to accommodate as many people as possible, and are finishing up the details of something nice (also bot related) for those that didnt get in

BunnyLake said "those that didnt get in:, so I'd guess that it was those who otherwise qualified, but were not selected, for the BroBot addon pack.

O: Is it time to pitch a tent again?

to make this less teasing

ill give away a few details

this isnt the special announcement for the people who didnt get in on the bots, thats coming soon

as for camping, this wont be super time sensitive if you already have an order, but this will only be to reward people who placed an order early and got in prior to the announcement being made

Wonder how many orders there will finally be - the original GB had many hundred orders.

I still don't have my ctrl alt store email regarding toxic. Not that I mind, just that Bunny may want to look into it at some point.

Me neither, I just checked. Good thing i doublechecked, i thought i got it in the first few days.

Edit: I got one from Ebay, though. Says that i paid. But not from the ctrl alt store.
HOW DO I COMPUTER?

Oh, I got the paypal confirmation email straight away. What I didn't get is the email announcing the start of the group buy. I had thought we were going to get an email for that if we had been signed up with Ctrl Alt before the site moved.

I think the email people are talking about is the one that went to people who signed up for the GB when it was in a different thread on here, rather than the Ctrl Alt site:

I thought Bunny had said an email was supposed to go out to both groups.
