Initially the set looked entirely different and had various visions in our minds and it was a constant change after change regarding different methods of achieving illusionary themed keycaps.
To design the legends of KAM Illusion we took inspiration from Illusory Contours. "Illusory contours" are imaginary lines or shapes that we perceive in our minds, even though they don't actually exist in reality. Our brains create these contours when presented with certain patterns or arrangements of objects, making us see edges and shapes that are not physically present. As for the novelties, different types of optical illusion were used to get the confusion when looking at them. Is it 3 or 4 columns? Why does lines begin to move around? We used this concept carefully as not to completely ruin the theme.
