Wrist Rest Suggestions

Can anyone suggest a good wrist rest for a full keyboard? So far I've only found the Filco ones http://www.amazon.com/Filco-Wooden-Wrist-L-size-Product/dp/B00CHK3AGC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1380997239&sr=8-1&keywords=filco+wooden+wrist+rest . It looks nice but I would prefer a darker wood.  Are there any others I should look at?

Check out some of the vendors on here some of them make wood wrist rest.

The_Beast makes them and I've made a few myself.  If you have access to woodworking tools, you should be able to make one yourself if you're willing to put the work in. 

There's also some Korean company (I think) that makes them, but I forgot the name of the company.  They're not bad for the money, but are very limited in options.

I've been using a $20 shipped 3m gel wristrest, like this:

I type on a TKL generally, so the extra length of the wrist doubles as a rest for my mousing hand.
Cheap and effective.

Pretty much this, it also makes my hands hurt more when I try to type because it puts the pressure on my wrists, which already get way too much strain.

Technically it should be used as a palm rest (and you should raise your hand off it while actually typing), not a wrist rest. I find one useful for gaming on a higher keyboard (keeping your fingers on certain keys, pressing for prolonged time, like the forward button, etc). I don't really find the need much in "normal" use.

I think the Max nighthawk series come with good wrist rests but I don't know if you could buy one of those seperately.

Love it! Not too hard while still not being too soft.
Looks classy aswell with the black leather and the Ducky logo.
Only minus is that it can be a bit slippery to keep still from time to time.
