Cognitive distortions are patterns of thought, typically automatic and unconscious, that cause an inaccurate, negative view of situations, people, and/or events. These include things like jumping to conclusions; black-and-white thinking; negative mental filtering; overgeneralizing; mindreading (incorrectly believing we know what others are thinking, what their motives are); and emotional reasoning (believing that if we are feeling something, or if what we are thinking is associated with a strong emotion, it must be true).

Who says bologna is boring?

That is awesome, I didn't know you did YouTube videos fohat.

But seriously we had fried bologna last week, except I added a runny egg to the sandwich.

Oh no,  just olive oil, salt,  pepper, old bay seasoning and a squirt of lemon juice tossed together with the fish in a Ziploc bag then cooked in a glass dish under the broiler with a sprinkle of parmesan near the end.

Tried KFCs Georgia Gold today, and holy crap it was really freakin' good. Haven't had original recipe in a long time but I think GG may be better.

it's more tender..  the problem is, you can't take a big bite of frog legs,  whereas you can with a wing.

As much as I do enjoy good frog legs, chicken wings are hard to beat, although properly prepared alligator and/or turtle is very good as well.

Now I need to find one of those booths that fry everything....

A rough calculation puts it at ~1.5 weeks worth of fats in my current artery-conscious plan..

But everything in the back of my mind says,  Tp4 you're crazy.. look at all the fun these people are having.. You're missing out on life tp..   You know vegans are stupid,  YOLO..

Well, it's worth noting that we did spend most of the days we were there hiking in the mountains.  So we did an alright job of offsetting the calories/fats we consumed.  ;)

Hoff, I am greatful of the fact that brave eaters like yourself are out there letting Tp4 live vicariously through ya'll.

And I do believe that most users here are too young to fear for their life in this regard..  But I must at least input the minor correction that the idea you can off-set artery damage by the calories vs output function has been examined, and we now know that isn't how it works.

On the extreme end, triathlon athletes who are -seemingly- as fit as can be, had completely fat clogged arteries.

This information is probably too early into your lifecycle for call to action..   But do note that when it happens,  tightness in chest,  gout,  diabetes, or something more obvious shows up..  Look into fats and endothelial damage..

It was, I used some hickory chunks with the lump charcoal in the chimney and the steak has a very light smoky flavor, the last piece had been sitting in some juices and I cut it up for lunch tomorrow and I had to make myself not eat the whole thing.

At least 4 by volume??  Two thick and two wide is what I'm thinking, maybe a little bigger.

I've been consuming Schmilk since Sunday and dropped 12 lbs of water weight.

Looking forward to seeing my progress after this week.  I was in the bathroom Monday/Tuesday for about 2 hours peeing.

I've been consuming Schmilk since Sunday and dropped 12 lbs of water weight.

Right now I'm using Fairlife Whole milk.  It is lactose free and half the sugar of milk, but with more protein and calcium.

I'm not a big fan of vegan milks [er vegan juices] but I would like to try to find the best version in non-refrigerated carton form as emergency food.

So far at 1,400 calories a day I'm experiencing no hunger issues.  If I make it through the bags I do have I may experiment with 2% on the next order to see if there is any change.  Since this powder contains many fat soluble vitamins I don't want a fat free milk.

Well, ok, so , fat soluable vitamins are in milligrams/ micrograms,   How much fat do you suppose is needed for that miniscule quantity to dissolve into. hahahaha

but, overall, soy milk , almond, cashew, peanut, hazelnut, walnut,  soy milk and all nut milks  have a good amount of fats..

In terms of 0% risk of heart disease,  which is As nature intended,  the goal is 22g of fats per day Maximum..

If I switch to 2% that puts it at 18g per day just for the milk.  With the oat flour that adds an additional 14g of fat.

That will end up at 1,350 calories per day.

Biggest worry is satiety, if I start stripping out all the fat it's not going to work if I'm starving.
