He's around.  Without putting words in his mouth, I think he's just fed up with some things lately and is taking a break.

He's around, he recently sold off a bunch of clacks. I see him on skype quite often, think he's been busy with work as of recent.

I haven't seen BlueBär around much lately, I really enjoyed what few youtube videos he made for reviews, and simple modifications.

There were a few other accounts in the mix as well.

Might as well mention linkbane, he's been reincarnated a few times as well. We had a recent newbie that could have passed for him not sure if it was him or not though.

I'm serious in saying that someone should probably just call his office to see if he's OK. Might sound strange, but I'm actually getting worried now.

skcheng has tons of friends on here. Not a shocker considering how nice of a guy he is. Thanks for the update!

I want to ask where be the moose?

He's around.  Without putting words in his mouth, I think he's just fed up with some things lately and is taking a break.
That's where I'm at. I actually came very close to listing all my boards and caps and getting out altogether the other day but I just sold a few small items and am waiting to see how I feel in a few months.
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

I'm hoping I just need a little break, hopefully when Hyperfuse and Triumph Adler arrive I'll be a little more enthused.

I think most of us have had that feeling of needing to take a break.  I can say with me that it's a lot of the snack things that keep me here in spite of that feeling.  Secret Santa, the insane amount of generosity from people while looking for a specific cap, the Destiny thread, and so on, it's the little things and the community you feel in these threads that keep me around in spite of all the other silliness.

That and the Hoff noodz.

Not always :p
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Don't leave bueller, you are a cool guy. If you feel like taking a break, sure, go away from geekhack for a few days. But you don't really need to sell everything off and just cut the ties. Stay away from GH but continue to enjoy the caps, keyboards and the artisan. I don't understand the need to list stuff for sale, as though just seeing the keyboards make you want to puke?

The urge to sell, I felt this sometimes ago,  not with my keyboards but my other hobby...

I can feel Bueller, that there's no more chemical. I went through that phase and decided to keep em though

What happened to jwaz? Another member that becomes mod/admin and only posts once in a blue moon. I'm telling you! It is a disease!

Then again, I don't IRC anymore... maybe he is still on there a lot.

He's busy too.  :(

Everyone's just too busy!

Ugh.

At least Reap is back hooking people up with stuff and then selling PC parts on the cheap.

Now we just have to hope he gets back interested in his keyboards.

And I'm calling skcheng at this point. I need him to return a favor. He got in bed with the wrong guy to go disappearing on me.
My wife I a also push her button . But now she have her button push by a different men. So I buy a keyboard a mechanicale, she a reliable like a Fiat.

I finally heard from skcheng yesterday! So glad he is alright. :D

Still got to get him posting back on GH, though.

I'm shocked he hadn't been in touch with you. He has been one of your biggest supporters since day 1.

Busy guy.
