Crossfit is great imo. My only real grievance is that form can be compromised greatly and they can still call it a good lift. It is great for getting people into shape and getting people healthier. They need to stop touting speed over proper form though.

I had to work on wrist flexibility in order to find a comfortable hold. Let me see if I can get some videos to demonstrate.

At around 7 minutes, he talks about wrist flexibility.

Work on losing fat and lift heavy for your training. Unless you aren't really that overweight then just slow bulk to put on solid muscle.

3 things I can give tips on; cut out the sugary drinks, watch the quantity of food you eat, and hit they gym

I just started watching American Ninja Warrior because my best bud is obsessed. The bulky guys fail every time. Plus it is just stupid to put that strain on your body. I don't know what Dwayne Johnson is thinking getting all big again after trimming down; his gimped lower body is gonna pay.
My wife I a also push her button . But now she have her button push by a different men. So I buy a keyboard a mechanicale, she a reliable like a Fiat.
