Hello, I have a noob question: is it possible to have the keyboard be flat? I looked at some of the pictures from the previous buys and it seems like the only option is to have to keyboard at an angle.

unless you wanna shave off a bunch of aluminum, you gotta type on an angle

lightsaver has a fairly forgiving angle compared to some other kustoms i've used, though

Primarily aesthetic. V2 just had cutouts on the sides for backlighting to shine through. This should have acrylic inserts between the top and bottom in places (see Viper V2, Blackbird). Maybe the USB port will be in the middle or something. Unaware if the PCB will have any drastic changes.

Ya, personally I really like having the in switch LED more than backlighting. If that v2 was black I probably would have bought it. I find I can never get a backlighting color that I like. He was offering a good deal regardless, a lightsaver probably 6 months before a v3 is delivered for $500 with an unused PCB?

Yeah, Duck's stuff is pretty sought after even at aftermarket prices. Can't deny they're a dream to use though and look beautiful af.
