Hey everyone. I'm "sort of" new around here.
Years ago I was on Geekhack, that's when I started getting into mechanical keyboards (with my IBM Model M's, my blacked out Unicomp, a Dell AT101W, and a couple of boards with ALPs knockoffs (from the electronics recycler).
Anyway, I've been away for a while, and to be honest, I don't even remember what my old username was...even if I did, I wouldn't be able to get the password emailed to me because I'm on a different ISP than I was back then.
Anyway, long story I know...I just recently decided to upgrade the keyboard I use daily at work (my first Cherry MX board), which then lead me to investigating alternatives for home use...and down the rabbit hole I go again.
There are so many more manufacturers of keyboards now, and so many good Youtube videos/channels now. Fun stuff. I just gotta hold myself back and not buy another pile of keyboards!!!
