"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

My second Topre keyboard - finally a HHKB! I got it used over the DT marketplace, also with an original cap set, and a black set and black PBT space bar from matt3os group buy. This keyboard is great, I do think it is the best small form factor keyboard ever made! Could be that I love Topre...

Did the chaps who do the fruit caps do a teal coloured mod pack for Hhkb's ? That with a stock pink set is pretty close as-is (like beehatch has). But yeah I do really want one with Miami, would look so god damn good

Now that we have Topre-mx slider in the works, you will be able to put miami on an HHKB, the spacebar might be a pain, but you can work through it.  :p

Did the chaps who do the fruit caps do a teal coloured mod pack for Hhkb's ? That with a stock pink set is pretty close as-is (like beehatch has). But yeah I do really want one with Miami, would look so god damn good

yes it's called Bianchi Green.
