You can find it among the subforums here, but clickclack aka Clack Factory is a maker and old geekhacker whose keycaps are some of the oldest known and most sought after artisan keycaps.

The OG Tri-color is the colorway with which he debuted his first sale on Elitekeyboards back in 2010.
