DSA Groove Defects?
« on: Fri, 28 December 2018, 14:59:51 »
So I got an email from Kono.store regarding some clearly defective caps in the DSA Groove sets shipped out. Does anyone have any reference images for these defects are? I have a set, but have barely looked at it since it came in. I didn't see anything wrong from my first quick glance, but I'd prefer to have a replacement if/when they offer them to get a well QC'ed set... I know there's an argument to be made that it doesn't matter if I don't notice, but it will matter when I do finally notice, or if I go to sell them, so any information on what to look out for now would be appreciated.

Aww, c'mon, nothing compares to the OG Granite DSA!
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
