OK after clearing the browser cache I was able to get the checkout to work and actually buy the board.  Glad to have managed to secure one of these.  Good luck to everyone trying to get in on one.

Ordered! Some more feedback :)

The configurator is great, the fast reactions to get it up have also been super. To save us all stress next time it might be better to set a fixed time delay if things go wrong to prevent the refresh spam and FOMO. The updates via the forums have definitely helped alot, so great stuff there!

In the configurator the ALU Silver plate looks very white, is that the case or is it really silver silver?

wow now i have time to look back at description. i've just found out that nasu uses 3mm thick plate, but IC doesnt mention that.
tbh that's not a dealbreaker for me. i always want to try a thick plate with tactile.
but frankly, you guys should take this as a good lesson for future products. this GB isnt a good experience for everyone.
anyways, GLwGB. and i'm looking forward to a discord server, for frequent updates.

It does not, the plate is a standard 1.5mm. We'll let keebwerk know so they can fix that error. Very sorry for the confusion.

Because regardless of where' it's going it's shipped from Europe. So keebwerk pays VAT for it and therefore charges rhe customer.

Yes, that has already been factored into the sale price. So the 335€ for the base kit is VAT inclusive.

If your country applies duties and taxes when importing items then yes you do. But that's something that depends on the country.

That is correct, but we could look into developing a custom case to offer in the future if that's something people are interested in.

Very sorry, the 250 was a typo. However ideally we'd like to approach as much as possible to the 250 figure before ending the sale

I believe that some of us doesn't want to join a discord server just to check the updates.

Hi HephaestusWorks,

Silly question. But this means the buyer will still have to solder the switches on?

“ Please be aware of:
this is a barebone keyboard – We assemble your board ready for you to place your switches and caps”

Not that your team will assemble and solder the switches on for the buyer right?

Thanks in advance!
