Hello everyone. I'm thinking about ordering a custom keycap from wasd (unless anyone could suggest a better site for them), but what I was wondering is whether it's okay to have them make a copyrighted picture. The keycap will be just for me, and I won't be selling it to anyone. Just curious. Thank you for any answers.

Best to contact them and ask.
Most manufacturers will not do big runs of copyright material, but you might be able to get away with a one-off.

I think you should be fine for a one-off. I've seen plenty of copyrighted pictures, logos, etc in their "customer creations" flickr section, like

The worst thing they would probably do is simply say no to your design
