Hello all, been a lurker around many various sites and forums, but decided I should just go ahead and actually join in on this group.

Sporting a XMIT Hall Effect keyboard as my official first mech board (I've been in possession of many mech boards, but none my own). I've already spent ~$500 on keycaps, now I'm beginning the search for boards and switches. My poor, poor wallet.

An XMIT Hall Effect keyboard is an interesting first mech. I've been wanting to try one but I'm not sure if I'll like it since I like like tactile switches.

I've only tried the Honeywell Hall Effect switches, I wonder if they're the same feeling.

If you buy a couple Ducky Pockets you can reprogram then to use side by side as a normal keyboard.
