Can you provide a datasheet or the full chemical name of PME? Curious about the material as I haven't heard of it before.
Sadly i cannot offer a datasheet on the chemical compounds. I can however tell you its a Polycarbonate Blend that is a proprietary compound mixture.
Very interested in what PME is all about and how it's different from Polycarbonate, Nylon, and POM when it comes to housing materials. Also interested in the sound profile as well.
So PME is a Polycarbonate blend that is a proprietary compound mixture.
What is PME and why/how is it better/special? The response to this should trigger interest.
So PME is a Polycarbonate blend that is a proprietary compound mixture.
More information will be coming soon with force curves of springs etc.
I can tell you that the bump is a nice rounded bump up top that continues for most of the down stroke.
so like a U4T stem?
other questions:
- does it bottom out on the rails or on the stem pole?
- actuation and total travel distances?
- your description says a linear force curve spring but the image says progressive, which is it?

- Bottom out is on the stem
- Am getting graphs for this as soon as possible and will update
- Totally missed this, its a linear curve spring, will change image
