It dawned on me that there was an easy way for a lot of non-US geekhackers to get items shipped cheaply from the US. If any of you live near an American military facility, befriend someone working and/or living there. Shipping from the US to "APO" addresses is just as cheap as shipping within the US.
Many of you are probably a bit on the anti-social side, and some may also have political or personal issues with the US military. Put that aside and take advantage of some cheap keyboard love.
Seriously, I'd like to see any geekhackers that are US military living abroad to step up and offer to help with international shipping.
Also, I am always willing to help if custom fees are an issue (I've sent several keyboards to Europe for members here and continue to do so).
