I understand the complexity involved with going both LED indicator and the nameplate, but even if there's only one color available for the nameplate (PVD brass gold color) and limited customization options I'd definitely go for it.
EDIT: and I'd definitely join even if the nameplate is out of option! the case itself is simply gorgeous

All these suggestions seem to have come too late as the BG is soon to go live... I think most of us thought both designs would be made, and those of us that didn't fancy the LED version can simply go for the name tag option. Now we're all scrambling to suggest changes to the LED design as this seem to be the only option.

Good solution. Thanks!!! I seriously never saw the 7SE, I always thought it was 3SL. Must have something to do with how I read. This makes more sense to me now. I guess we'll see what others think.

The green came out really nice! It'll be tough to decide between that and the blue. Are we all set to start tomorrow and if so around what time?

I like it, it is clearer that way.

I think it’s the E that throws some people off - maybe 75X might work, but I’m happy with it as it looks now.

Looks way better flipped at least now it looks like 75E vs ESL, samples look great, very nice purple/green... Still sad I had a big plan for this board in the nametag version

Oh man black is included too!

I went through all this work to narrow down my case color choice to either gray, green, blue, or mao. And now black just had to show up and make me have to narrow it all down again.

The change to the indicator is great. Nametags would have been awesome, and I would have bought every available color since they make matching keysets such nice, easy, and creative fun. But I'm 100% buying whatever is available regardless.

I personally prefer the nametags myself. Originally, I thought the nametag was just a rectangular block on the side of the case. I didn't see the point of picking nametag version until I saw actual a name etched onto the nametag itself from the E6 and E8 rounds.

I think their was confusion with the LEDs due orientation of the renders. I know for me it was. All of the renders, had the LEDs facing outwards like this:

I think if the images were shown with a different orientation like the ones below, then it wouldn't be too confusing and I much prefer the original orientation (facing inwards):

I still love the design no matter what. I'm still debating on whether or not I should wait for nametag version or just jump in for this version as well.

If no fundamental redesign of the LEDs is coming, the original design was better since it is in the correct orientation when actually using the board.

Like this is kind of crazy. Exclusive just do what you want. Someone is going to complain no matter what. Love the board no matter the orientation of the led and will definitely get one of them.

Where are you getting that more people wanted the nametag? Exclusive did a pole and it was 63/37 for the led. The only reason we are seeing people complain about the nametag is that he went with the LED.

I know a few people who wanted the nametag (myself included) who came in after the IC had finished and before the results were posted. If nametag is an option later I might just hold out until then. I must have gotten outvoted, which is all good. But only if R2 is guaranteed. There's no way I'm missing my E7 for this relatively less important design detail.
